Mbo Lawmaker Mourns Demise of Obong Ini Titus Okopido

The Member representing Mbo State Constituency in Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Hon. (Chief) Effiong Johnson has sympathized with All Progressive Congress (APC) in Akwa Ibom State over the sudden demise of their Party Chairman, Obong Ini Titus Okopido.
Describing the death ofIni Titus Okpoido as statewide tragedy, Hon. Johnson of APC noted that his demise is a huge loss not only to APC in Akwa Ibom State but also to the entire nation.
He stated this in a condolence message issued in Mbo State Constituency and made available to newsmen in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State Capital.
The Mbo Lawmaker said the entire party is in shock especially now that the party in the State needed the Okopido’s wealth of experience and Statesmanship.
“Until your death, you were a good comrade and a sincere party man. History will not forget your name, how you fought for the party and your positive contributions to the growth of the party”. The Lawmaker lauded.
He said that Late Ini Titus Okopido was an exceptional brilliant administrator, a man of peace, who made immense contributions and sacrifices towards the unity as well as politics stability and development of the State in general.
Hon. Johnson said Mr. Ini Titus Okopidoh while alive was a broad-minded Nigerian, who put the good of the party in the state ahead of other considerations in his political life.
He commiserated with the Ini Titus Okopido’s family particularly his widow and the APC family in the state while he prayed God to grant Akwa Ibom APC the fortitude to bear the eternal repose of the faithful party Chairman.
“On behalf of my family and the entire APC family in Mbo State constituency, I pray the Lord grant your family and the entire APC family in Akwa Ibom state the fortitude to bear this great loss”. Hon. Johnson eulogies.
