A young boy, Master Luke Udo Udo, caused a major stir on September 27, 2023, when he did what pundits called “sowing into the future”, by donating his life-savings in a box to Senator Bassey Albert for campaigns.
Master Luke Udo Udo, who made the donation during the dedication service towards the commencement of political campaigns, said though he saved the money for his school fees, God directed him to contribute it to OBA’s campaign.
Master Luke Udo said God has already made Senator OBA governor, of Akwa Ibom State.
He told reporters later that: “It was God that directed me. He has already made OBA Governor.
I’m not a politician, I’m not old enough to play politics, but just like God used little ones in the Bible, he said I should contribute to the Senator and had shown me several times that Senator OBA is the next Governor of Akwa Ibom State”.
Speaking earlier, the General Overseer of The Apostolic Mount Olive Church Worldwide, Prophet David Udo Udo revealed that Senator Bassey Albert Akpan was ordained by God to be the governor of Akwa Ibom State in 2023.
“I cannot prophesy what is not from God, because I fear God. Any time I close my eyes, God says OBA, OBA, OBA. Write this and keep, it will come”.
He observed that there are distractions before the Senator, and thanked him for being tolerant in the face of provocation.
“They are doing all this because they want to provoke you. They are looking for what to use and discredit you. Continue to display that spirit of maturity. Their plans have failed”, he advised.
The cleric assured the people that OBA’s administration will change the story of the state.
“Today, there is hunger in Akwa Ibom. Commissioners and local government Chairmen cannot repair their cars, our young men don’t have money to get married, but write and keep, during OBA’s government, everyone will be happy”, Prophet Udo Udo added.
Apostle Adam Kojo, in his sermon who noted that Africa has suffered in the hands of tyrants, said that God is about to change the fortunes of Akwa Ibom State.
“I see a Governor bringing people out of bondage. In Exodus 3:7, God saw the affliction of the people and decided to save them. The incoming Governor, OBA, is a man God said should stop the cries of the people, give hope to the hopeless, put money into people’s pockets.
He will not work for his personal interest, but that of the people”, the Pastor assured.
Apostle Nyeneime Andy, General Overseer of Holy Ghost Ambassadors, who is also the state chairman of the YPP, said the vision he saw about Akwa Ibom State is already manifesting.
He said his vision is for the better of Akwa Ibom people, and that it will be possible through Senator Bassey Albert.
“What we saw in Oruk Anam and Nsit Atai during office inaugurations show the hands of God. Despite the heavy downpour, people came out in numbers to support us. That is God in action”, he declared.
In response, Senator Akpan said he was fully convinced that it was an act of God for him to be the next Governor of Akwa Ibom state. He thanked Akwa people for their overwhelming support so far and assured them that his government will be the best in the state yet.
He also thanked the clerics at the occasion for allowing God to use them and in appreciation for the selfless donation of Master Luke Udo Udo, offered him a scholarship, on the spot.
OBA has been receiving wider acceptance across the State and YPP revolution has eaten deep into the nooks and crannies of Akwa Ibom State.
