The wife of Member repesenting Ibesikpo Asutan State Constituency and Member-elect in Akwa Ibom State Parliament, Mrs. Ememobong Aniekan Uko has marked the solemn season of Easter with nursing Mothers in the State Constituency by donating assorted gift items to the beneficiaries.
“Away from my own little way of appreciation through these gift items, I came to thank God for granting all of you safe deliveries and to also admonish you to hold steadfast to the Lord who in this season gave his only begotten son to die for all.
“I also came to revive in you the spirit of Thanksgiving because so many are searching for the fruit of the womb without seeing, but here you are, blessed beyond measures. Is God not faithful?
“Always thank God for putting you in the roll call of mothers”. she admonished.
Mrs. Ememobong Aniekan Uko equally pledged sustaining the kind gesture to the beneficiaries in the nearest future.
Mrs. Ememobong Aniekan Uko took quality time while engaging the lactating mothers on interactive session alongside official presentation of gift items to the participants, charged them on mastering family planning method suitable for their metabolism for a sizeable and manageable family.
